1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jijiss", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jijiss online gaming platform and its operating entity, duly authorised under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers for and uses a jijiss account.
• "Platform" refers to the jijiss website accessible at jijiss.net, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jijiss Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's jijiss Account, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Funds" refers to Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements and are therefore not eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PST" refers to Philippine Standard Time, UTC+8, the time zone under which all jijiss operational timelines are measured.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jijiss Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandatory under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The jijiss Platform is operated for players located within the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jijiss does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside of those it is licensed to serve. Players accessing the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk and may have their Accounts suspended.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering for a jijiss Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jijiss Account at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity, IP address, device, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jijiss reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.

3. Account Security

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijiss Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and not to share your credentials with any third party. jijiss will never request your password via email, chat, or any channel other than the official login interface at jijiss.net.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify jijiss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jijiss shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, provided that jijiss has acted in good faith in processing transactions authorised by your Account credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

jijiss strongly encourages all Players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Where 2FA is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining secure access to your authentication device or application. jijiss reserves the right to require 2FA for certain Account actions, including large withdrawals or changes to registered payment methods.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jijiss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jijiss does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered jijiss account holder — are not permitted. jijiss reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment accounts and to suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) before withdrawals are processed. jijiss aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected and applicable compliance checks.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jijiss is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Accordingly, jijiss may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to a Player's Account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending regulatory guidance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jijiss are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are classified as Restricted Funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount — or the combined total of a deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the applicable promotion — must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; game-specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jijiss monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, exploiting low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated or non-human play, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, jijiss reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and suspend or permanently close the Account concerned.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account balance without notice.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jijiss Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting — operate in accordance with their individual published game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

jijiss uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certifications ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by jijiss, Players, or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG table games are published within individual game information panels.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijiss Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering multiple Accounts or facilitating the use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jijiss staff or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

jijiss is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. We offer the following player-protection tools, all accessible directly from your jijiss Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session terminations after a specified period of play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account, with reinstatement subject to a mandatory review period and jijiss's sole approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jijiss Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, user interface designs, written content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of jijiss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of jijiss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jijiss's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their jijiss Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether or not jijiss has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jijiss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond jijiss's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions — may result in temporary Platform unavailability. jijiss accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

11. Privacy & Data

jijiss collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a jijiss Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jijiss is required to share Player data with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law. jijiss will not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. 12. Amendments to Terms

jijiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jijiss Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jijiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's financial institution.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Restricted Funds) remaining in a Player's Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Player and jijiss.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable. If PAGCOR's procedures are not applicable or fail to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
